Usage

Váhy scents are au naturel so please give them time after application to develop their unique and delicious scent. Use like a normal human being would: topical only. Use on clean, dry skin that is well moisturised for extra staying power. Gently spray on pulse points and avoid rubbing wrists together.

New cap keeps falling off…Disappointing!

Purchased Neon Neroli and Luna in the same order and the Neon Neroli cap keeps falling off!! I emailed and advised them their caps are faulty and the response was they transitioned to a “lower profile nozzle” on the bottle hence the cap of the new bottles doesn’t have a good grip and falls off constantly. While Luna is the older style bottle and has a larger nozzle so the cap holds. Very disappointed and unimpressed with their quality and lack of attention to detail and their response they had! - why sell the perfume in a bottle knowing the cap doesn’t grip and at this price point! Not worth the purchase if all the new bottles will be like this!

Hi Claudia, We're so sorry so see this review. We responded promptly via direct email and outlined the fact that our manufacturer no longer made the shrouds we originally launched with so we had to change shrouds and apologised that it wasn't possible to obtain the original shrouds. However, something we didn't mention was that we did absolutely undertake rigorous testing and the shrouds have exactly the same width as our old shrouds so there is absolutely nominal change in their ability to grip. We wholeheartedly disagree that there is a lack of quality or that the cap doesn't grip, it does. The new shrouds were sourced from France using the highest quality manufacturers and were tested to fit with our overcaps. Again, we sincerely apologise that you were unhappy with the option we took but as a small business we didn't have the luxury of being able to produce custom shrouds and heads when our manufacturer stopped producing the kind we were using.
